CharitAbleMN is seeking a venue partner for the 2026 Midwest College Cheer Combine — a high-energy cheer event that brings together athletes, recruiters, and fans from across the region.

Venue Preferences
We’ve listed some things that would make a venue a great fit, but they aren’t requirements. If your venue doesn’t check every box, you’re still encouraged to apply!

Venue booking handled internally by your school/program so there is no/minimal cost to CharitAbleMN for use of the venue

Indoor facility with air conditioning

Ability to provide tables (preferably 30–40), chairs (preferably ~100), and mats (preferably 13 - 18)

AV system for announcements and music

Access to the venue the day prior for set-up

Load-in/load-out access for efficient setup and teardown

CharitAbleMN reserves final approval rights on all items, vendors, and displays set up on site
Additional Details

Preference will be given to locations within one hour of the Twin Cities metro area

Venue preferred for August 7th and 8th, 2026
