Athlete Questions

Do I have to attend with a stunt group?

  • No, but stunt groups are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. You can partner with other attendees if needed.

How old do I have to be to attend?

  • Participation is open to athletes entering the 8th grade through 12th grade as well as transfer college athletes. If a younger athlete is interested, please contact us (combine@charitablemn.org).

Are spectators/parents allowed?

  • Yes, but all attending spectators must be associated with a registered athlete. This event is not open to the general public.

​

Is my high school/all-star coach allowed on the mat?

  • No, high school/all-star coaches cannot practice, spot, or interfere. Only registered participants with waivers are allowed on the mat. Coaches are welcome to attend as spectators!

Are there fees for spectators?

  • No, spectators can watch for free.

​

Will I receive attending colleges information?

  • Yes, all athletes will receive an 'Athlete Booklet' that has a profile of each attending college program.

​

What should I wear?

  • Wear athletic cheer shoes and black bottoms. A t-shirt and numbered bib will be provided to you at check-in. Bows are optional but encouraged!

​

Will there be an athletic trainer on site?

  • Yes

​

Is food provided?

  • No, bring your own lunch. Water will be available!

Recruiter Questions

What is required to attend as a coach or program?

  • Just register online!

Can I bring assistant coaches, athletic trainers, or team managers?

  • Yes, anyone assisting with recruiting is welcome. We ask that each program register only once. An email will be sent closer to August 9th to obtain information for any additional personnel attending!

Is there a virtual option if I can’t attend in person?

  • No, there is not currently a virtual option.

​

Can I bring a stunt group or squad representatives?

  • Yes! We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE college programs to bring current athletes with them. During the open stunt portion of the day, there will be a chance for your athletes to stunt with the combine attendees. A waiver will be provided at a later date for any athletes attending with your program and must be signed.

Will Wi-Fi or electrical outlets be available?

  • The venue has public Wi-Fi, but access and outlets are not guaranteed. It's encouraged that you charge devices beforehand and bring a personal hotspot.

​

Will I get athletes’ information from the event?

  • Yes, athletes’ basic information will be provided via the 'Recruiter Booklet' which will have a profile of each attending athlete.

​

Is a table included with my registration?

  • Yes, a folding table and black tablecloth is provided, but you can bring your own if preferred.
